How do I track my package?
Open the Altin app, go to "My Deliveries", and tap on your active shipment to see real-time tracking with live location updates.
What are the delivery zones?
We currently deliver across 70+ cities. Check the app for available zones in your area and estimated delivery times.
How do I schedule a pickup?
In the app, select "Send Package", enter package details and pickup address, then choose your preferred pickup time slot.
What if my package is delayed?
Contact our support team through the app with your tracking number. We will investigate and provide you with an update.
